Telephone support is not provided. All support queries and complaints must be logged using the Technical support link supplied within the dashboard area or by emailing email. Responses to all support queries and complaints will be between normal office hours of Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm (Closed all public Bank Holidays). Reponse times are dependant on the current workload and volume of tickets submitted.
Cancellations must be carried out using the cancellation link provided within the dashboard area. You may cancel your account at any time. If you do so, you must immediately stop using the Website. Opon completion of the canellation process, all subscriptions will be cancelled automatically and no further payments will be taken. Cancellation or suspension of your registration does not affect any statutory rights.
All customer data is removed from our system within 24 hours of the cancellation process completion.
Payments for services rendered are payable in advance for the subscription period selected. Payment is made online only.
A 14 day trial of the ZPeCommerce website is available during which time you are free to assess the suitability of our online services to your specific requirements. Under no circumstances will a refund be given or offered once an order has been placed for the provision and supply of our online services.
A website will be removed from public view immediately after the account expires. All customer data will be removed from our system 7 days after an account expires, either through a failed payment or the end of a trial period. Data removed from the system cannot be recovered.
