Adding a checkout agreement checkbox
Checkout Agreements are tick boxes added to the checkout process and must be ticked before checkout can be completed

Click 'Store setup'

Select 'Create agreement'

Enter an Agreement Title
This could be something like 'I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions'

Add your agreement content

Click 'Create agreement'
Your agreement will now be visible within the checkout area
