Create a Checkout Agreement
Checkout agreements force the customer to agree to a custom text (Agreement) before they can continue to pay for the order.

Select 'Store Setup'

Enter the title of the Agreement

Enter the Agreement content

Click 'Create Agreement'
Your agreement will be shown within the checkout area and must be ticked before the customer can continue
